Collie helps organize and reflect information you provide. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or replace professional medical care.

Patterns are not causes

When Collie notices that two things in your record often happen near each other, that is an observation about what you reported. It does not mean one caused the other, and Collie will say so.

Not for emergencies

Collie is not an emergency service and does not watch messages in real time. It may not recognize an emergency. If something feels urgent, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988. For poisoning or overdose, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.

Medication

Collie never tells you to start, stop or change a medication. Talk to whoever prescribed it.
